My Open Letter To All Forum Mates & WE Asia Fans
Dear WE Fans
Its been a long time… Since my first encounter with Konami’s football game, it’s was way back in the SUPER FAMICOM days and there is no turning back.. Remember Perfect Eleven and Fighting Eleven? English ver I think its ISS. I’ve always been very passionate about football games and through the years the games have been great (well some might defer..)
Editing is a big part of konami’s football, apart from the gameplay. I started editing way back but those days from SFC to PS2 there isn’t much of a sharing option like today. I guess 10 plus years of editing have brought me lots of fun and keeping the game authentic is what drives me doing it all these years…
I guess the time has really come where I have to step down and say good bye to editing for now…. So hopefully someone can come along and continue the legacy…. I hope all will continue to support the Winning Eleven title as its where it all begins… Thank you to all the fans and all the people who supports the site all these years. Without you guys there will be no Winning Eleven.

J League is COMING!!!
WE2013 will have J League and playable in Master League…. Wonder what kind of cup can they play?? AFC Champions League??? Very interested to know? But sad thing is there is no announcement that this may be available to all region of WE… shall see

WE2013 Datapack 2 CRASH!!!!
This message is brought to u by Konami
We have received reports that the game froze once the Data Pack 2.0 was applied to the game.
We are now investigating into this issue, but have stopped releasing the Data Pack 2.0 which seemed to be the cause of the issue.
It will be released again once the issue is solved.
Deep apologies for any troubles and inconveniences caused.
